Acadia University Boarding Pass Program
Make your trip to Acadia easier by taking advantage of our Boarding Pass program!
Whether you are driving, flying or taking the bus, we will help pay the way!
Here’s How it Works:
- Acadia University will reimburse students 50% of their travel expenses, up to a total of $500 when they visit campus the year before they attend Acadia.
- This offer only applies to domestic students traveling within Canada between September 1, 2025 and August 31, 2026.
- Students MUST accept their offer and attend Acadia University in Fall 2026 for the reimbursement to be applied.

In September of 2026, you must provide:
- The student's travel receipts
- The date you were on campus
- Your name and Acadia Student Number
- All requests for reimbursement must be received by September 30, 2026. Reimbursements will be credited to the students' Acadia University account. Reimbursements cannot be processed if travel is paid for by points.
